S\u00fcrecin ilk ad\u0131m\u0131, denizcinin ve tedarik\u00e7inin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7taki bunker \u00fccretleri ve ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7taki harici yak\u0131t fiyat\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 (s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda) \u00fczerinde hemfikir olmas\u0131d\u0131r.
