The European Shortsea Network (ESN) consists of Shortsea Promotion Centres (SPCs).

The network was founded in 2000 and SPC Turkey is one of the members. ESN is an informal platform for co-operation and exchange of information. The main objective of ESN is to promote and develop shortsea shipping on a European level by practical means. The main target groups are shippers and forwarders. The services of the ESN are open for the entire transport chain. ESN provides a wide selection of information services that are created by the national SPCs.
